How do I send money to other Sycamore users?

Click the “Send Money” icon on your Sycamore app home page
Select the “Transfer to a Tag” option
Enter the amount you would like to transfer and enter the beneficiary’s Sycamore tag
You may include a narration for the transfer if you wish, but this is not mandatory
Click “Proceed” to enter your transaction pin to complete the transfer.

Select the “Transfer to a Sycamore Account” option
Enter the amount you would like to transfer and enter the beneficiary’s Sycamore account details (bank and account number)
You may include a narration for the transfer if you wish, but this is not mandatory
Click “Proceed” to enter your transaction pin to complete the transfer.
