How do I fund my Sycamore wallet?

You can fund your Sycamore wallet using any of the 3 options listed below:

1. You can make a bank transfer to your Sycamore account. This option is recommended as funds added to your wallet in this way reflect instantly.
2. Share your tag to a friend with a Sycamore account to have them transfer funds into your wallet.
3. Click the “Fund Wallet” icon on your Sycamore app home page

   1. Select the “Fund online” option

   2. You will see a “Pay Online” pop-up notifying you of the charges that apply when funding your wallet using the “Pay Online” option

   3. Click “Continue” on this pop-up

   4. Enter the amount you would like to pay into your wallet

   5. As you enter the amount, you will see a breakdown of the amount you will receive in your wallet and the amount to be deducted for transaction fees

   6. Once you have entered the desired amount, click “Proceed to Pay”

   7. Select the “Pay with Card” option

   8. Enter your card details and click the “Pay” icon

   9. Enter the OTP sent to the phone number/email address linked to the card and click “Authorize”

   10.  You will see a pop-up notifying you of the success of the wallet funding.
