To ensure that your repayments remain seamless throughout your loan duration, we require customers to link the debit card of their repayment account, in addition to the Remita mandate set on the account.
This is to mitigate any case of one means of repayment failing for any reason, you can rest easy knowing you have a backup.
In rare cases, your repayment account may be debited via both means of repayment. Don’t fret. Simply reach out to our support team by mail, in-app chat or telephone and a reversal of the excess debited amount will be processed to your account.
