Why is my loan stuck in the processing stage?

Your loan request will remain stuck on processing if you have not fulfilled any one of our key KYC requirements. If your request is stuck on processing, one of the following is the case:

  • You’re yet to complete your email, phone or BVN verification

  • You’re yet to upload a selfie to your profile

  • You’re yet to fill in your personal details

  • You’re yet to fill in your work or business information
