The Sycamore app is currently available in a limited number of countries. If you're having trouble finding it on your device's app store, it's likely because your app store country is set to a region where the app is not yet available.
For Apple App Store users, the Sycamore app is available in:
Australia
Canada
Ghana
Kenya
Nigeria
South Africa
United Kingdom
United States
For Google Play Store users, the Sycamore app is currently only available in:
Nigeria
To download the Sycamore app, you may need to change your app store country to one of the supported jurisdictions.
You may also want to use a new email address to open a new apple store or playstore account in case you'll not be living in any of these countries for an elongated period.
Here's a quick guide on how to do that:
For Google Play Store (Android devices):
Open the Google Play Store app.
Tap on your profile icon (usually in the top right corner).
Go to "Settings" > "General" > "Account and device preferences" > "Country and profiles".
You should see your current country and the option to switch to a new country if you meet the requirements (e.g., having a valid payment method from that country).
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the change.

For Apple App Store (iOS devices):
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap on your name at the top.
Tap "Media & Purchases," then "View Account." You might be asked to sign in.
Tap "Country/Region."
Tap "Change Country or Region."
Select one of the supported countries (listed above) and agree to the terms and conditions.
Enter a valid payment method and billing address for the new country. If you don't have a payment method for the new country, you might be able to select "None" as a payment option, but this depends on the country.
