The maximum balance on your account depends on your Tier. Tier 3 users have no restrictions on their maximum balance but Tier 1 users are restricted to a Max Cumulative Balance of ₦300,000 while Tier 2 users are restricted to a Max Cumulative Balance of ₦500,000.
