Yes, our database is securely encrypted so your personal details are not compromised. We are a security conscious entity and as a result of that, we have put in place a Two Factor Authenticator (2FA) on our web dashboard, a rate limit sensitivity so you can only make a transfer request within 10 seconds.
Additionally, when you attempt to log in with a different device than your registered mobile device, you’d be required to input an OTP sent to your registered phone number. We also implemented it by ensuring OTPs are sent to you via email, SMS and whatsapp.
