We accept different types of documents but there are guidelines that are applied before we can accept a document. Below is the list of documents we accept and the guidelines applied to each of them:
Electricity/Water/Waste Bill:
It must show your full address, including the building number and cannot be older than 3 months. The photo should be clear and easy to read.
Commercial Bank Statement:
It must be from a commercial bank.
The name on the bank statement must match your own name.
The address on the bank statement must be your current address.
The statement should not be older than 3 months old.
Drivers License/Voters Card:
The license must be valid (must not have expired), the name and address on your license must match the ones already on your Sycamore account. The photo should be clear and easy to read.
Solicitors Letter
It must be signed and dated by the solicitor.
The name and address should match the one on your Sycamore account.
Upload a clear, complete photo of the letter.
Tenancy Agreement
It must be signed by both you and your landlord/agent.
The name and rental address should match the one on your Sycamore account.
It must not be older than 1 year
Upload a clear photo of the full document.
