If you don’t have a physical utility bill for your current address, the easiest way to verify your account is to generate a digital receipt directly through the app.
You should note that if it is an electricity/water bill, it doesn't need to carry your exact name and can belong to your landlord(for instance).

How to do it:
- Go to your dashboard on the mobile app:
Navigate to Bills & Airtime section on your home screen. - Buy Electricity
Select Electricity and enter the meter number for your current residence. - Make a Minimum Purchase
You can buy as little as the minimum allowed amount. - Download Receipt
Once the transaction is successful, go to your Transaction History and download the PDF receipt. - Upload for Verification
Return to the Verification/KYC screen and upload the PDF as your proof of address.
Note: Please ensure the address linked to the meter matches the address you provided in your profile.
