To reset your password:
Click “Forgot Password” on the Sign In screen
Enter the email address linked to your Sycamore account and click “Send Instructions”
You will receive an email titled “Password Reset Request”
Open this email and click the provided “Reset Password” link.
Enter your new password in the spaces provided and click “Reset Password”
You should see a pop-up notifying you of the successful reset
You can now log in to your Sycamore account with your new password
You can also:
Click the “More’ icon on your Sycamore app home page
Click “Security”
Click “Change password”
Enter your current password in the space marked “Current Password”
Enter your new password in the spaces marked “New Password” and “Confirm Password”. Please note that the passwords entered into both of these spaces must match, contain at least 8 characters, and contain a mixture of letters and numbers
Click “Proceed”
You should see a pop-up notifying you of the successful password change.
