How do I reset my Password?

To reset your password:

  • Click “Forgot Password” on the Sign In screen

  • Enter the email address linked to your Sycamore account and click “Send Instructions”

  • You will receive an email titled “Password Reset Request” 

  • Open this email and click the provided “Reset Password” link.

  • Enter your new password in the spaces provided and click “Reset Password”

  • You should see a pop-up notifying you of the successful reset

  • You can now log in to your Sycamore account with your new password


You can also:

  • Click the “More’ icon on your Sycamore app home page

  • Click “Security”

  • Click “Change password”

  • Enter your current password in the space marked “Current Password”

  • Enter your new password in the spaces marked “New Password” and “Confirm Password”. Please note that the passwords entered into both of these spaces must match, contain at least 8 characters, and contain a mixture of letters and numbers

  • Click “Proceed”

  • You should see a pop-up notifying you of the successful password change.
