How do I reset my PIN?

To set your pin:

Click the “More” icon on your Sycamore app home page
Click “Security”
Click “Transaction PIN”
Enter your current transaction PIN and click “Continue”
Enter your new transaction PIN and click “Continue”
Enter your new transaction PIN again and click “Update PIN”
You should see a pop-up notifying you of the successful reset.
You can now transact with the new PIN.

You can also do this:

Click the “More” icon on your Sycamore app home page
Click “Security”
Click “Transaction PIN”
Click “Forgot PIN? Reset here”
You should see a “Reset PIN” pop-up. Click “Proceed” on the pop-up.
An OTP will be sent to the number linked to your Sycamore account
Enter the OTP in the space provided and click “Verify”
Enter your new transaction PIN and click “Continue”
Enter your new transaction PIN again and click “Reset PIN”
You should see a pop-up notifying you of the successful reset
You can now transact with the new PIN
