Q: Which countries and operators can I send airtime to? 
A: We support up to 60+ countries including US, UK, France and others and mobile operators in these country.
Simply select the country and enter the phone number you want to top up, and the app will show you all available options.

Q: How long does it take for the airtime to be delivered? 
A: Most airtime top-ups are delivered almost instantly. In some rare cases, transactions may be "pending" for a short period while the mobile operator processes the request.
We will notify you when the transaction is complete.

Q: I sent a top-up to the wrong number. Can I get a refund? 
A: Unfortunately, we cannot reverse a transaction once it has been successfully sent. Please double-check the recipient's phone number before confirming your purchase.

Q: The operator returned a PIN instead of a direct top-up. How do I use it? 
A: Some operators, like Lebara in the UK, issue a PIN for you to redeem the airtime. To use it, you'll need to dial the operator's specific top-up number or enter the PIN on their website.
The redemption instructions are usually provided on the PIN receipt we will send to you via email.

Q: What happens when I buy intl. Airtime for someone else. How do they get it? 
A: You can simply check the “Buying for someone else?” box when purchasing and input the beneficiary’s email address.
Once you input their correct phone number, we will send them an email informing them of the purchase along with any redemption instructions if necessary. We’ll also copy you in this email.
