Identification Requirements

Why do you need my ID?

Your identification document allows our stockbroker partner to verify your identity as part of the KYC process. This is required before your Stocks Trading account can be set up.

What identification documents can I use?

You can use any of the following:

• NIN Slip

• International Passport

• Driver's License

Can I use another form of ID?

Only the identification types currently supported in the Stocks onboarding flow can be used.

These are:

• NIN Slip

• International Passport

• Driver's License

Why was my ID rejected?

The document may have been rejected because it could not be successfully verified, was unclear, incomplete, expired, or did not meet the required document criteria. For further assistance, please reach out to the Support Team.

My ID upload keeps failing. What should I do?

Please ensure that:

• You are using one of the accepted identification documents.

• The document is clear and readable.

• The required information on the document is visible.
