What happens after I submit all my information?

Once you have completed and submitted all the required information, your details are sent to Innova Securities Limited(Trove), our stockbroker partner, for review and approval.

Is my Stocks Trading account created immediately after I submit everything?

Not necessarily. Submitting your information completes the onboarding submission, but your details still need to be reviewed and approved by our stockbroker partner.

Who approves my Stocks Trading account?

Your information is reviewed by Innova Securities Limited (Trove), our stockbroker partner, as part of the Stocks Trading account setup process.

How long will approval take?

Approval depends on the review process by our stockbroker partner. The estimated timeline is 2-3 days, as shared by our Stocks partner.

I have completed everything, but I still can't trade stocks. Why?

Completing the onboarding form does not necessarily mean your Stocks Trading account has already been approved.

Your information needs to be reviewed and approved by Innova Securities Limited (Trove) before you can proceed with Stocks trading. You will be duly informed via email and push notifications via the app on your phone once the review is over.

What happens if Trove rejects my application?

Please check for the reason why it was rejected. If additional information or a correction is required, please reach out to the support team for further assistance.
