How do I get my account or wallet statement?

  • Click the “More" icon on your Sycamore app home page

  • Click “Wallet Statement”

  • Select start and end dates to set a timeframe for the required statement

  • Click “Get Statement”

  • Enter your transaction PIN and click “Confirm”

  • Your wallet statement will be sent to the email address linked to your Sycamore account
