How do I upgrade to the Special Tier?

To increase your limit to a special tier for an individual account, send a request to complaints@sycamore.ng, with the following documents attached below:

  • Full name as registered on the account

  • Phone number

  • Purpose of Limit Increase

  • Work Payslip

  • Primary salary account statement



To increase your limit to a special tier for a Business account, send a request to complaints@sycamore.ng, with the following documents attached below:

  • Full name as registered on the account

  • Phone number

  • Purpose of Limit Increase

  • Business invoice/Contract agreement(past or present not older than 6 months)

  • CAC document


Special Tier single transaction limit: ₦10,000,000
Daily transaction limit: ₦25,000,000

Max Cumulative Balance: Unlimited
