Why do you need proof of address?
Our stockbroker partner requires proof of address as part of the KYC process.
It helps them verify the address information associated with your Stocks Trading account.
What documents can I use as proof of address?
You can use:
Utility Bill
Bank Statement
NIN Slip
Voter's Card
Driver's License
Why can't I use another document?
The documents available in the onboarding flow are the document types currently supported by our stockbroker partner for the account-opening process.
Why was my proof of address rejected?
The document may have been rejected because it was unclear, incomplete, unsupported, or could not be successfully verified. Please reach out to the Support Team for the specific rejection reason.
I don't have a utility bill. What else can I use?
You can use another accepted document, such as:
Bank Statement
NIN Slip
Voter's Card
Driver's License
