Tier 3 is the highest level of verification and is designed for users who want maximum flexibility with their account. The requirements are listed below:
Indemnity Form:
You’ll begin by reading through the document, once you've read and understood it, tap "Accept and Continue"
This document simply confirms that you understand and accept the higher transaction limits associated with Tier 3 accounts.
After accepting the form, you’ll receive another email verification code. Enter it on this screen and tap "Confirm OTP." This code confirms that it’s truly you approving these changes.
Proof of Address:
Next, you’ll review your address once more to ensure it matches your official documents. This step is important because any mismatch can delay verification. Once you confirm that the details are correct, then tap "Proceed to Address Capturing."
First the system will do an automatic check to confirm if you have used the Sycamore App to purchase an electricity bill within the last 3 months and upload it if it matches the address on your account. If you haven’t purchased a utility bill recently, then you will have to upload a proof of address, (We only accept your Electricity Bill, Water Bill, Waste Bill, Bank Statement, Solicitors Letter, Tenancy Agreement and Voters Card) then tap ”Proceed.”
Next tap "Allow" to grant Sycamore temporary access to your device's camera and location. You'll be directed to the Okhi address verification widget, which will capture your physical location to confirm your address. Make sure you're at your registered address when completing this step.
If this step doesn’t go through immediately, there’s no need to worry. You can retry after reviewing your details to ensure that they match and if it still does not go through you can wait for it to be reviewed by our team and this can take 24 working hours to complete.
If verification was successful then congratulations you are now on Tier 3 and have reached the highest level of verification. Completing the tier requirements upgrades your transaction limits to:
Tier 3 single transaction limit: ₦5,000,000
Daily transaction limit: ₦10,000,000
Max Cumulative Balance: Unlimited
