To unlink a device, log in to your account on your current device and go to "More", then select "Security". From there, open "Manage Device", choose the device you want to remove, and click on "Unlink Device".
You will then be required to select your security option and provide your security answer to confirm your identity. After entering the correct security answer, click "Unlink Device" to complete the unlinking process.
If you cannot remember the answers to any of your security questions, please click on "I can't remember my answer" and it will take you directly to chat with a Customer Support Agent.
